Mehman · 2025
Pakistan's #1 holiday rental marketplace
mehman.site — guest marketplace, host profiles, instant booking, and a full admin panel with KYC, listings queue, and revenue analytics.
Problem
Holiday hosts in Pakistan relied on Instagram and WhatsApp. Guests had no trusted place to compare cabins, beach houses, and city stays. There was no admin tooling for listing approval, host verification, or platform revenue.
Solution
We built mehman.site end-to-end: a dark/light guest marketplace with city search, property detail pages, host profiles with maps, featured hosts, and a Super Admin panel for listings, KYC, security (2FA), and live platform metrics — 191 inventory items and PKR 111M+ gross revenue tracked.
